Recently, the International Finance Corporation (IFC) named Centum Re the EDGE Champion for Africa 2023 citing our use of green building practises and efficient utilization of materials in our developments. Moreover, the International Business Magazine team also recognized Centum Re as the Real Estate Developer of the Year, The Most Sustainable Real Estate Development Kenya 2023, and the Residential Project of the Year Kenya 2023.
